Not a listener but in recordings there most likely are two guitar parts. Even bands with just 1 guitarist often record both lead and rhythm guitar parts.

Only me. However I do record extra guitar parts like some of my heroes in single guitar bands (laputa, kagerou, due'le quartz, mucc etc) what you hear on right speaker/headphone is what I play live while left side is regulated to backing track.

Thank you! carrying a heavy VHS to DVD player from another prefecture all the way to Tokyo was not fun, and all the time it takes to convert from VHS to DVD and then to a format that can be uploaded to Youtube @__@ was hell haha.
