I really love the instrumentals of the songs but the vocalist is a bit generic sadly

Agreed on the instrumentals. And while I am not the biggest fan of the vocals either, I think not all is lost, since much of it is due to the mixing imo. So, maybe we already see an improvement with the next single(s).
