Youka (妖花) was a visual kei band in Tokyo. They were part of the kurofuku kei and okeshou kei subgenres. They were active from 1990 to 1994 and are now disbanded.
This band was supposedly made up of Decameron roadies, either all the members or just some. It's in a post from someone who owns an album and some magazines, but it's not very specific.
