如月 (Kisaragi) was the second band of DIR EN GREY's bassist Toshiya. They formed in his third year at the Nagano Shun'ei High School (April 1994 to March 1995). In an interview on Nack5 FM Triangle Super Audition, Toshiya explains that the band's name, which is an archaic word for "February", was one of the names considered for DIR EN GREY.
