While the band is still recruiting members, BUZZ DEVIL vocalist HISAYOSHI forces all three members to officially join his band as well, essentially stopping GREED's activity before it begins.

Guitarist TAKAYUKI, having never officially seceded, is absent from the re-formed version of the band, with two other guitarists in his stead.
The vocalist and drummer are the same as the earlier version of the band, but under different names.

The band resumes activity on a limited, ongoing basis.
